I have been on plus net's 24/7 package since being kicked off Freeserve
last
year (don't start me!).

It was recommended to me by Andy from Comfort and so far it has been
excellent!  They have had the odd email problem now and then but in general
it has been good service.

My connection is up 24 a day every day.  I have fixed IP too.  Comes with
free .co.uk domain name as well.
