I know that Freeserve recently kicked people off for 'abusing' their 24x7
service. Do people have experience with Surftime in terms of what is
considered acceptable use?
I've just been looking at http://www.plus.net offering, which looks
quite
nice. However their T&Cs talk about reserving the right to suspend
service
after 2 hours use or 20mins inactivity. Is this as draconian as it sounds,
and is it specific to the ISP or Surftime in general?
Given they're offering a fixed IP address, we were hoping to be able to
keep
the line up between 8am and 6pm...
