Depends on the motherboard.
 
Some have a BIOS setting to boot after powerfail.
Some have a Jumper.
 
Some......need a person to jab the button with a pointy finger :-(
 
Some more info about the PC might help Alan.
Is it a "branded" PC eg compaq, Dell etc or a homebuild with a <whatever brand> motherboard ?
