You might want to check out http://www.proxyplus.cz
It's a cached proxy, mail server and firewall all in one.
The 3 user (no cache) version is free.
If you have a lot of people accessing stuff having a cache might be useful,
prices start from about STG £50.
I've installed it in several business and it works nicely (I'm the Irish
agent (but I'm not being biased, honest!) I run a small business in my
"spare" time).
