Yes, plenty, but not over mains wiring, you'll need extra wires.  The
two common commercial ones are DMX512 digital and 0-10V analogue.
The latter is cheaper, simpler, but needs separate cables to each
dimmer, the former sits on an RS485 'bus' but costs more.  Those two
are used extensively for theatre lighting, there are also some
HA-targeted systems around, but they've been touted for a couple of
years and still aren't as available as X10 or the two mentioned
above.  If you'd prefer to roll yer own, there are modules available
from Maplin which do the mains interface stuff, and just need a 0-5V
control signal, but I've not used them myself.

Any non-mains-controlled system should be happy with mains filters,
but I must say I've not heard of X10 modules causing particular RFI.
