I wonder if someone out there can assist.

I'm looking to improve my insufficient knowledge of networking using CAT5
for both voice and data. I currently have very little experience and really
would like a course, book or web addresses to scan to allow me to
understand
how such architectures work, all the different pieces of kit and how to
install them. Although the basics do not appear that complex I would like
something to back up my current understanding.

My back ground is in electrical engineering but finding something to
underpin my knowledge is proving harder than I presumed it would be.

Can anyone help please? Book titles, courses known of or web pages are all
appreciated

Regards

Steve
