Or if playing with Regedit doesn't sound like fun, grab a copy of TweakUI
from
http://www.microsoft.com/ntworkstation/downloads/PowerToys/Networking/NTTweakUI.asp
(I know it says NT, but it lists all 9X/ME/2K as working)
It has functions to change the path of special folders, amongst many other
things (eg command prompt filename completion, on 2K at least which is
fabby!)
