Path to modify is:

"HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\shell
folders\common favorites"

change it from "C:\Windows\favorites" (or whatever),
to
"\\servername\sharename" (Use a UNC path)

Then make sure the share exists (obviously!), and copy the contents of your
current favourites folder to it.

NOTE:
I Think that's the correct key - bear in mind I had to find it by trial and
error, and found numerous registry keys that point to the favourites folder
- In truth I changed them all as I was hunting out which one was effective
for me. If this one doesn't work, search for instances of
"C:\windows\favorites" (or whatever your favourites location
currently is)
and change them until it works.

As usual, I absolve myself of any responsibility for the health of your PC
caused by using Regedit!!! - BUTR!!

Yep, - All PC's that you have performed the above reg mod on will use the
shared central favourites folder, changes made by any PC will be available
to all others.
