You might like to consider the CC7000. It is the central console of the
SK8000 wireless security system. Once triggered, either by the sensors or
a panic button, it would dial out to up to four preprogrammed telephone
numbers and plays the recorded message. The person being called can listen
in through the built-in microphone on the console. It also has a built-in
TM12U (418MHz) Transceiver Module for general X-10 control.
