Would it perhaps be a good idea to enable the files area on egroups for
purposes like this? I see it is not currently enabled but believe it is
just
a tick box which could be set. This could then provide a bit of free space
to host these type files on, and other diagrams (IR sender stuff etc) in a
single area where anyone in the group can upload/ download, rather than it
being sent around hundreds of emails. (who's the egroups moderator for this
group....?)

The other option is to have a central contact with webspace (eg Mark....
;-> ) and have things mailed to that person then the URL made available,
for
those who don't have/ want their own web hosting.
