Hi Guys,

Was wondering if anyone knew of a "quieter" version of the AD10 DIN rail mounting appliance module?

I'm using two of these to control my electric projection screen (one sends the screen up and one sends it down) and it works well except for the fact that the AD10's make a huge "clunk" each time they switch which is very difficult to miss in what is otherwise a very quiet room. (Quiet until the AV system gets going that is.)

I understand that for the module to be capable of handling a 16A load then the contacts have to be hefty and as such it's not possible to make then silent but the screen is perhaps only a 1A load (it's been running on a 1A fuse for a while with no problems) so is there an equivalent to an AD10 but with a lower current rating which is quieter too?

What I could really do with is a DPDT or SPDT version of the AD10 which would allow me to do what I want in only a single unit.

Phil
