X-10 blowing RCCB

Has anybody any suggestions?
We plugged in a X-10 transceiver and when operated it blew the RCCB,
the RCCB is rated at 30mA, we haven't come across this before. Is the
RCCB rated too low ? or have we got problems with the Transceiver ?
