Linksys wireless prices

I just saw the prices on Marks site for the linksys kit, this is absurd,
why
would anyone want to buy these when the Lucent Orinoco Kit can be had for
less. All the enthusiasm for these cards on the ePODs board was due to them
being the cheapest available. Assuming the prices quoted on Mark's site
include VAT then here is the comparison:
PCMCIA Card - Linksys £140 Orinoco £120
Access Point - Linksys £280 Orinoco £273 (Card and AP £350)
Linksys prices at Buy.Com (before any vouchers/discounts)
PCMCIA Card $116.95
Access Point $228.95
PCI Adapter $44.59
Yet again we get screwed in this country. I will certainly not be buying
the
Linksys cards unless I can get them sent from the US (or unless the
retailer
they finally pick over here applies a more sensible price than the RRP).
