CEDIA isn't a manufacturer. It's the trade organisation for the high-end
"Home Automation" industry that grew out of the American
"Home Theatre"
boom. Hence its roots are in zoned audio and the like.
However, given its members charge _very_ large amounts of money for this,
many have moved into what we would think of as HA. There's a big trade-only
show in the States each year, and a mate of mine goes and then raves about
what he sees.
