I can't check it from here because I can't access it (using this URL, at least) using the ADSL connection - I have to dial in from another machine.

Internet Sharing(?) and Accelerator - it's the new version of Proxy Server.
 
I have the 40-quid BT Openwoe version. Apart from the fact that they're not the world's greatest ISP (!), it's been fine.
 
Sharing using ICS no problem.
 
Also, I've not had any problems running a web server (or, in fact, 2). I just had to use a dynamic DNS provider and configure ICS for port forwarding.
