CPC used to do a video capture card very similar to the ATM MovieStar, in
that it had four video inputs, which you could switch between in software.
It
presumably doesn't have the audio inputs and relay outputs like the
MovieStar
board, but then it was only about 40 quid as I recall.

It used to feature regularly in their weekly 'PriceBuster' (or whatever
it's
called) pamphlet.

The Brooktree capture chip (bt848? summat like that) has a 4 input
multiplexer in it, and is a popular choice for video capture cards, so
there
ought to be at least a few multi-input cards, or even single input cards
that
you can modify.
