Multiple Video cameras..

Those of you who have video cameras installed... how do you connect more
than one up? do you use a capture card per camera? (Sounds expensive). I
had an idea that you could use RF modulators and then use something like a
WinTV board (each camera would be a different channel) - the 2 problems
thewre are
1. You can only see one camrea at any one time.
2. How to programatically tell a WinTV board to change channels
(from VB)
I looked at the ATM Moviestar thing but it seems quite expensive and there
doesn't seem to be any sort of programming interface to it...
Any thoughts...
