Yes
thanks, Dang it I meant to email you to let you know, I was sent an app by
Carl
Johnson (thanks again Carl) it starts .WBT files and by chance .VBS files.
I
suspect it may start any file with an association but I haven't tested it
yet.
I
will
email you directly with the details of the VB script.
Thanks
Paul
I'll
take it on, if you like.
Do I
take it that you've managed to launch VBScript from HomeVision OK,
now?
Steve
Hi,
I am currently near to finishing a
project for HomeVision, that allows you to enter text, in a similar
fashion to a mobile e.g. 2 would equal A, 22 would equal B and so on. it
saves this text string in a txt document.
I would like to know if
any
VBS scripters would like to code the picking up of the string and making
it search through a directory for mp3 files ( like a C:\Dir
c:\MP3\*chapel*.mp3) that type of thing, basically hooking into windows
search/find operation.
I have the format of the file and where/how
the output is to be presented.
any one want to have a
go?
Paul
