Just got this from the ePOD discussion group, thought some of you may be
interested.
"I just got off of the phone with Salton. They now want $499 for a
Epods
without a service contract. NO THANKS! "
Looks like this is the end of the road for us ePOD hackers, $499 is
probably
still a good price but it sure does make the purchase far more 'serious'
and
takes the fun out of it somewhat.
