Have to disagreee with this Tim.
Freeserve service was called "Unlimited" and Plusnet's was called
"24/7" A
user has just posted a copy of an email on the Plus Net newsgroup where
support told him they had no problem with him keeping his connection up
24/7
by setting his email check to once every nine minutes an so not getting cut
off by their 10 min inactivity cut off!!

This is neither here nor there for the user. If the ISP promotes their
service as 24/7 and then later finds out they are loosing money due to a
bad
business model that is not the fault of the user.
