You most likely need "HomeSeer system update 2 (required for use with
SMTP
email and GetURL and FTP script functions)"
ftp://ftp.keware.com/pub/sysupdate2.exe

and "HomeSeer 1.4.32" ftp://ftp.keware.com/pub/homeseer14_32.zip
