I use eclipse networking and they also give fixed IP and don't block any
ports, that's another one for the list to any one looking for an ADSL
provider.

You'll like DSL, it will totally change the way you use the internet. It
isn't cheap, but you'll be secure in the knowledge that you can be
connected
24/7. If you want to run a web server there are only three ISPs I know that
will give you a fixed IP plus an open connection (no blocked ports)
Freedom2surf, claranet and iomart/madasafish. The latter is the cheapest,
being the same price as BT. I've been with them for a month, and have no
complaints.
