The electric valve idea is
sound -
as long as you remember that if ALL valves are OFF that your boiler/pump
can
cope - bypass loop or a radiator controlled by lockshield valves which DS
hasn't
shut down ;)
<<I'm assuming that a heated towel rail in a
bathroom would be enough of a heat leak ...
