That’s interesting I was considering UF heating at some stage, I can do it due to the construction of the house, but maybe this is not such a good plan. Mind you it doesn’t help when the bloody boiler blows out like it did here last night 12oC and chuffin’ freezing in here!

Hmmmmm....dunno if I'd fit UFH again to be honest.  Very slow response time and seem hideously expensive to run - despite supposedly being more efficient.

As Keith has already pointed out - HV is not controlling my heating as
such, it's merely replacing the timer clock function.  As far as I know
the pump does stop if all the underfloor zone valves are closed.
