I agree about the commercialism, my brother and his wife have so many
presents for their two little monsters (age 7 and 3) that they have asked
my
parents to look after the kids for a whole evening to give them time to
wrap
them!
Today I shelled out 25 quid for a piece of Pokeman junk which is advertised
as *JUST* like the one some jerk uses on a Pokeman TV show. The thing is
like a caculator/memory bank and probably cost about 3 quid to manufacture.
Just wait until they are older then "Unka Michael" can set them
off on the
PC trail ;) In fact the seven year old is already making hints as to how
cool one of my laptops would be in his bedroom ;)
