My Dad had asked me for ideas for a Chrimbo pressie. I sent him a lot of
URLs of gadgets available across the net. He just phoned me saying that
he was looginat that LetsAutomate site and is going to order himself a
Pronto ("Is that the sort of remote control thing I need?) with
docking
station. I smiled and said yes.
He has 5 remotes in the living room which my mother is finding it
increasingly difficult to use. I suppose I will have to program it for
him anyway but that is not a problem :-)
I don't think he will go as far as X10 but he was impressed with my
Comfort Alarm :-)
