Support wires.

Running CAT5 externally is not adviseable. Anything but a black
sheath degrades seriously due to UV in the sunlight.

BT used to used Cream or White cable extenally but now it should all
be black. After a few years exposure to UV the sheath becomes brittle
and cracks thereby letting water in.
