Well, just got chance to put finger to keyboard to thank Graham and Orla Howe for their hospitality over Tuesday/Wednesday.

Wandered up there to start looking at how it might be possible to implement a customisable web browser based HA front end to HomeVision - the initial target is for ePods use but the intention is that any device capable of running a web browser should be able to be pressed into service. (Touchscreen PC monitor or the next UKHA frenzy for example.)

As is probably typical we ended up spending the time discussing cars, toys and battling with wireless LANs under XP but hopefully some pointers have been found as to the way forward. (We might be shouting for some help understanding DDE/OLE >from ourselves.)

Finally had the pleasure of meeting Grahams good lady wife Orla too ... can I suggest to anyone contemplating a journey to see Graham that you prepare yourself for a ribbing! Never before have I been so abused by a woman - well, at least without paying for it first but that's a different story. Loved every minute of it though (even if I was dead to the world on Tuesday) ... thanks guys.

Phil
