(For anyone interested) Support were answering my mails but they were not
coming to me due to my email server being somewhere other than where their
server thought it was, due to the domains being in the process of being
moved from one server to the other :)

My problem was straightforward, and Tony sorted it in record time :)

I can't recommend www.xcalibre.co.uk enough if you are looking for hosting
providers :) ( free plug cos I'm happy now hehe)
