I spoke to a friend of mine last night (who happens to be the chairman of BADA), who runs a commercial Home Automation company. He does quite a lot of work for the larger building companies kitting out high value homes with full automation but the bulk of his work is with self builder/specifiers.

He suggested I look at the Omni LT from www.homeauto.com It features scene lighting X-10 and Leviton interfaces, heating control plus a security system. It has CE approval, and he uses NACOSS approved fitters. It can be totally programmed via the web interface.

Looks like I’ve found my HA controller!

Tim.
