If your ISP uses a Windows based DNS,
maybe it's the WINS service trying to talk back ?

Guys

Zone alarm just threw up an alert saying that someone was trying to acccess
me via port 137. When I checked out the IP it is my ISPs DNS.

Anyone have any idea if this is valid or if it is something I should be
informing my ISP about?
