It runs on my XP with some fiddling as follows:

 

1) Install the Microsoft JVM

2) Install software on another none XP PC

3) Tune the stations in

4) Copy the settings across

 

Allegedly if you install the JVM first it is mostly OK under XP

 

DABbar is the best app though, and it streams Shoutcast style. http://www.dabbar.co.uk
