I use Gotcha for motion detection.  The lookout feature captures a still
image to disk and then it uses the built in sendit program to ftp it
directly to the website.  It starts by sending the first one as
GFTP000.jpg, then cycles the number by the amount you choose.  I use 8 so
get GFTP0000->0007.  The webpage displays these 8 images and picks up
any
updates on a refresh.
