Why should the fact the address is private make any difference?

The DP lot are quite friendly and are more than willing to advise on
specific cases.

The precedent has already been set by CCTV - notification
of "filming" is not required by leglislation. Broadcast is a
greyer
area, but the precendent has already been set in London - traffic
camera data is relayed in on a snapshot real time basis from
strategic locations to a website for public consumption.
