Re: SMS text message service
There's also the option of going directly to the networks via their TAP
dial-ups. This costs the minimum phone call cost to send a message,
depending on the time of day of course.
I used to have a program called SMS Master which had a command line mode
for use from other apps. There are a couple of other similar programs
too as I remember, so maybe something like that would be easier to set
up and use.
