WONDERS WILL NEVER CEASE.....
Ina the past when I submitted or talked to
support
it was very annoying because
a) they hadn't a clue how to do what I wanted
or
b) It was too much trouble.
The only decent response was when I emailed
one of
the BTInternet managers and got a very good reply from some bigwig saying
BT had
no intention of offering an Anytime service, suffice to say the started it
a
month or so later in response to other providers.
Good luck with the box... It is actually very
easy
to do :-)

good.
