If this was your first order, they do some checks on the credit
card/address
etc. that take a bit longer; at least that's what they told the friend I
recommended them to. This slows down the first order, but not any
subsequent.
Mind you - I also think they might be swamped - my order of Deja Vroom has
been shown as processing for a week.

Well so far my experience of this DVD thing is not good.........
Last Saturday I ordered 2 DVD's that were in stock and the money has gone
out of my account and no sign of the DVD's......
Not a good sign is it?
Best it improves or I will go elsewhere.
