The faceplate "rocker" contains no electronics and so could be sprayed or coated...

I'd rather have nice silver faceplates. Unless we can modify that too ! The picture on Laser's site only shows the back ? can't see the front.

No ... they *ARE* a switch.

 

They have a full face rocker which actually does do bright/dim rather than cycle.

 

They seem to have the "go to level" functionality of an LD11.

 

They come on at the last level rather than full.

 

They have provision for additional external switches as per LD11s

 

They have soft start.

 

They're not too ugly!

But them IN the cavity of the wall (where the old light switch is) - and then put a momentary switch over the top ?
