How many rooms are there? might you want to install any KAT5 modules for
pumping audio/video into another room?

You may want to install some temperature sensing modules in the future to
interface you central heating system to homeseer/vision.

If you only have a small install, then 1 box of cat5 should do just to run
a
couple of lines into each room 'just in case'(tm), and what's the price of
one of those? 30 quid or something like that.
