There might be a stripped down version of the switcher but it wouldnt cost much less than the switcher and would be far less flexible. You can already do multiple destinations by daisy chaining units.

Bloody price of it though!!! - $269 for a single point-to-point link, - $369
or one with a 4-port USB hub built in!! ($100 for a hub?!?!?)
