Sorry Gareth,
I wanted you to work out using the 'Work Actions book' what the differences are between the two zones. One is Zone Type 5 and one is Zone Type 18. It was another homework exercise :-)

I think if you play about with one zone and are happy with its settings then  move on to all of them. Add existing responses to each zone if required next, then try to make your own responses and test them as 'Zone On'  or 'Zone Off' responses.
Once you get to feeling comfortable changing the settings them the sky is the limit. The applications Genies PDF are very useful indeed, so try to make use of them. Even reading some of them will help you to get to grips with the way Comfort works.  I now switch from 'Security Off' to 'Night Mode' using an X10 trigger fired by Homeseer when all the bedroom lights are off. Comfort also auto disarms (from Night Mode only!) at 6am every morning.
That way I can have my hallway as an instant alarm at night :-)
The Comfort Bible is really the Work Actions book so try to read through it ;-)

Hope this helps.

Michael
