Nope using the standard setting 65, 1,5 does

65 - Bell Output
1 - ON
5 - Cancel Entry Delay

Which will trigger the alarm (if you are during the entry delay before
disarming the alarm) and cause the lights to flash on zone A.

However put a 195 in front and you have
195 - Do X10 Command
65 -A
1 - 1
5 - ON

Easy way to remember is that Zones and alarms trigger responses.  The
responses are nothing more stored of macros made up of the different action
codes and their parameters.  The responses can only execute action codes.
To run a one response from within another you need to use action code 74
which is "Do user response" followed by the response number when
it returns
>from
you would call a subroutine with in a program.

Since it was an example of A1 ON, I would assume it is actually

65 - ASCII decimal value for A
1  - 1
5  - X10 on command (X10 binary sequence 00101)
