My guys were NOT HA installers James - they never pretended they were anything other than your bog-standard alarm installers.  They left programming to me as agreed.
 
This other company are obviously selling themselves as HA installers yet appear to be anything but.
 
Sorry for any confusion - I was implying that both companies seem to have made a bit of a mess of installing and/or programming Comfort.
