Me too!  I looked at the picture of the plate and it looks fairly square. 
I
therefore assumed (correctly) that they meant 2 gange RJ45 in a 1G size
plate.

The Screwfix ones will be just fine, assuming they haven't changed them!
Craplins may well do 4 way 2G plates..... but they are probably as common
as
rocking horse manure these days, like most half useful items they used to
stock.
