Used a 20mm holesaw to cut through the ceiling plasterboard and the metal
'stud' at the top of the wall.  Can easily pass 4 CAT5 cables down.  There
was a noggin (metal) between the uprights which had quite handy perforations
in it at regular intervals.  Had the internal walls been of wooden stud
construction then things would have been MUCH more difficult - we ran 4
CAT5s from node zero to the backbox in the wall in around 10-15 mins towards
the end.
