They are both connected to the same coax cable.  I have a splitter out of
the video which feeds the main TV via a 1m cable, and the small TV by a 10m
coax.  I've no idea why it does this, but expect it's something to do with
the TVs processing quicker?  Who knows, who cares, but it's not easily
explained.
