If you are refering to the UHF RF signal, then No, it cant be. Cable is
speced to 350 MHz in the case of cat5e, and UHF goes up to past 700ish.

Then there is the impedance issue - the stupid little balun plugs that
go from coax to 2 terminals are designed for 300 ohm twinlead. cat5 is
100 ohm. I suppose you could re-wind a balun for 100 ohm:75 ohm, and
only use the really really low UHF channels and the cable ones that live
around 200MHz, but why?

If its to a single TV, then get some of Keiths KAT5's and send the
demodulated AV from something like a VCR or Sky box. If its from a
single source, then send it via kat5's to a modulator at the far end.

If you want to get several channels down the cable, your out of luck
sorry..
