Re: Fast connection dilema

www.starspeeder.co.uk was good while it lasted.   Satellite access seems to be in turmoil unless you want to pay 100 quid a month or more.

Like you I can't get ADSL or Cable so I have HomeHighway.  I have ADSL in work so do my d/ling there.  But what I really want is a permanent HH connection - come on BT!

Subject: [ukha_d] Fast connection dilema

I have standard v90 dial up, and if very lucky get 40kbps, transferring files at 3.5KB/sec..

No chance of adsl or cable. Leaving three options :
Satellite, Home Highway or ISDN

I would like to get satellite, but not sure if it available in Glasgow area

Can anyone advise.

thanks
Campbell
