SUCCESS !!!

I could not get ANY dos or Windows TAR programs to correctly
extract/compress the files (kept having prolems with /dev/console and
/dev/core.  So I was stumped, until I remembered I had VMWare installed
with
a Linux VM !!!

So booted up Linux and used the real linux TAR (after much reading on how
to
use TAR, Linux newbie) and tried the resulatant file and lo and behold it
worked !!

Im uploading it to the files section as we speak
