This is what I'm readying my iPAQ for Gareth -
oh
ye of the largest signature :-)
I have a wirless PCMCIA card and sleeve for
the
iPAQ and I'm waiting for the AP to arrive. It's is bulky and to be
honest
the LinkSys card has a pretty damn ugly aerial that sticks out of the
sleeve. I have seen much more rounded ones that are nicer to look
at. You can also get 802.11b wireless CF sized cards for the thinner
CF
sleeve but as it doesn't have the extra battery I don't know how long it
would
last.
Will take a pic if you want.

Subject: [ukha_d] Is an iPaq the ONLY
alternative to the gold dust that is an ePod ?
I would like wireless
browser
access in my lounge - without the neded to whip out the laptop.
Even with an iPaq - are they capable
of
taking a wireless pc card ? if so - does it make it "bulky" ?
For the love of god - will there ever
be
a product !!
